The event is specifically tailored and adapted to accommodate children aged 4 and above, ensuring it is suitable for their age group and designed to align with their interests.

• Provide two extra T-shirts or a set of clothes for your child each day of the week.
• We kindly request that kids from Sofia and Stara Zagora bring their own personal water bottles which can be refilled. In Plovdiv, we rely on Markovo Park & Spa Hotel because they have no practice to bring in bottles.
• Ensure that your child has a light-colored cap and wears sports outfit and sneakers or comfortable shoes.
• Equip your child with sun protection and insect repellent.
• Kindly refrain from bringing personal toys from home and keep mobile phones stored in the luggage. 

To ensure the well-being of all participants, if your children are feeling unwell or displaying any signs of illness before or during the SiteGround Kids Summer Academy week, please kindly keep them at home and inform your OM accordingly. The same applies if your child is unable to attend the event due to any other reason.

Rest assured, the event is carefully supervised by dedicated professionals who will attentively take care of our kids. Throughout the day, we have assigned event hosts, workshop leads, and sports trainers who will ensure the well-being and enjoyment of each child. Furthermore, our OMs will be present to secure that everything goes as planned and runs smoothly.

Also, SiteGround has covered health insurance for every child. We hope there is no need to use it but it is an additional measure we have taken to take care of your child’s wellbeing.

There will be plenty of healthy food and fruits provided at the event to ensure children’s needs are met, it’s not necessary to bring.

To ensure a safe and well organized experience at SiteGround Kids Summer Academy, it is important for children to remain within the designated areas assigned for specific activities and carefully follow the instructions provided by workshop leads and sports trainers.
We kindly request that children do not wander outside of these designated areas or leave without seeking permission. We greatly appreciate the support of parents in communicating and reinforcing this guideline to their children.

If your children need to take a nap, please ensure that you pick them up, as there are no sleeping places provided.

If your children have certain allergies (insects | food | non-food), please ensure you bring them the medicine for treating the condition and inform your OM.

We aim to create lasting memories for our kids during the event, and we would love to capture some special moments. Please take a moment to review the consent declaration provided by your OM. Some pictures taken may be shared on our social media with your consent only.

If your child misplaces any belongings within the SiteGround Kids Summer Academy area, please notify your OM, so we can try to find them.
